In a recent posting you indicated that you were out of NYRR until Tax Selling Days! Then you posted to get back on topic regarding NYRR! That's a valid point! Since news is something we don't get a lot of, and we have to rely on the rumor or dream mill--has anyone heard about a rumor about the possibility that the lawsuit settlement might be in the area of one dollar per share? Just speculation on my part! Over the months I have heard some pretty bizarre speculative opinions and rumors--I even came across one that suggested that if current plans come together that the $3.00 to $5.00 range was a potential target. Any Comments? Maybe someone from NYRR Management can update us? Who Knows! ----I am starting to agree with Jack that NYRR Management does not have a very high regard for it's shareholders! Are we being kept in the dark? What does everyone else think? Best Regards, Wayne J.
