BEL has a new RFP out (for the last several months) for new digital loop carrier equipment and ADSL equipment. The winners of that RFP have either not been determined or announced yet. DSC/WSTL were the winners of the old RFP (about a year ago). They may or may not win a piece of the new RFP. Additionally, other vendors may also win a piece of it. Therefore, that news release you saw yesterday does not tell the story for the future of vendors in the BEL account. Hal
