Mo, you've got j_b on this one.

Of course, all the major human rights organizations, from Amnesty International to Human Rights Watch to Medicins sans frontieres, have consistently either spoken out against the bombing of innocent people, or done something practical about it -- or both.

Needless to say, they have not limited these condemnations to such "bombings of innocent people" as Clinton himself may have conducted. In this respect, they are not partison.
