Doug - question about your question(s): When you say "order for the predicted 5 yr growth growth" does that imply an empirical "a before b, b before c" kind of answer is what you're looking for? Or are you asking for a year-by-year timeline? Sorry to be obtuse - actually, I see overlaps as well as parallels and a convergence of sorts along a time line. Would like to give it a shot if that is what you're after. Mr. K.
