affirmative. from what i gather, the deal effectively triples the size of VRTS's estimated 1999 business. category killer = 800 lb. gorilla.

this is obviously bad kim-chi for LGTO and apparently the market thinks VRTS has overpaid. throw in nervousness over shareholder approval and both of these stocks are imploding.
