Janice, the AZNT stockholder letter doesn't hold a candle to the one FBN recently sent to their investors:

=====

Dear Cherished FBNA Stockholders,

YOU MAY ALREADY BE A WINNER OF ONE (1) MILLION DOLLARS!!!

That's right, one lucky FBN investor may already be a millionaire... if the serial number on one of your FBNA certs matches the number to be randomly chosen a week from Tuesday by our Transfer Agent: TransVestinal Securities.

Entry is free 'n easy. Just do exactly as we tell you:

1. Call your broker and demand your certificates. Tell him if doesn't have those certs in your hands by noon the next day he is in violation of the Securities Act of 1935, Amendment 3, Section 4, paragraph 5.

2. Open the package your broker sends you using a blunt object so as not to damage the certs.

3. Secure a padded Federal Express Priority Overnight envelope.

4. To insure we don't accidentally lose your certs, PLEASE CLIP THE PINK COPY OF YOUR MAILING LABEL to them, seal the package, pay the proper postage, and mail them to us.

5. Winners will be notified by phone between 30-60 days after the contest ends, which is 5 days after it begins, so enter NOW! Note: due to federal regulations, you must be present to win, so please be near a phone during that period!

Note: If you don't enter this contest, FBNA will not be held accountable if the DTC is forced to cancel your shares.

Sincerely yours,

FBN Associates
