<<TGNT +7.6% WCII -2.6%>>

I'm not sure we can compare the price action of the two of them. First of all, WCII has 82 % float. TGNT 9 %. WCII has ( had ? ) 1.1 million Avg Daily Volume or 3.4 % float traded daily. TGNT 125,000 or .2 %( note--point 2) float traded daily. Therefore, if you agree more or less with this picture I painted, WCII has to be owned by more speculators and day traders than TGNT and therefore tremendous short interest.

TGNT is isolated from that wild volatility. Further, it is not spending as fast as WCII. It also has that big cash cushion in Japan. IMO all these things work in the favor of TGNT now as far as price comparison.

Of course, the reverse could happen on the upside, although I haven't looked at it that way.

I realize you were not comparing the two. But there have been others here and on Yahoo who have. I just used your figures for a start point.
