From the MSHE web site: I'll post more on this later:
MSH (Make Something Happen) Entertainment Corporation (OTC-BB: MSHE) is, in every sense, a multi-media company for the 21st Century, encompassing the new cost efficient approach of being a "studio without walls". The company is in the business of film, video, music, software development, and television production and distribution.
Through significant equity stakes, a core management team of highly creative and cutting edge individuals has been assembled to manage the company's operations. With the completion of an acquisition of a highly profitable creative company in the summer of 1998, (discussed below) and the anticipated returns resulting from the Company's first television show and its first album release, shareholder value is expected to be greatly enhanced.
MSH Entertainment Corporation is focusing on creating, developing, producing, licensing, distributing and merchandising television programs and television series programs for (a) children and family audiences; and (b) for the mature prime time television and cable markets. The Company's strategy for growth emphasizes the development of new properties, selected acquisitions and participation in strategic alliance agreements.
In the fall of 1997, the Company premiered "Van-pires", a live action/computer animated adventure series for children co-produced with Abrams Gentile Entertainment. This nationally syndicated half-hour weekly series ranked number one out of the 28 children's series that premiered in syndication at that time, even beating out programs created by Disney.
As of March 20th, 1998 MSHE has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the majority interest in Abrams Gentile Entertainment, a highly profitable business venture. AGE, through John and Anthony Gentile, who will remain with the combined entity, are recognized leaders in the creation, development and designing of toys, television shows and merchandise for the children's international entertainment market.
During 1997, MSHE launched The MSH Music Group, a full service recording company, publishing entity, and record label. Its projects range from an original soundtrack featuring top name rock artists (John Entwistle from "The Who"), to the signing of country n' western multi-million selling recording artists T.G. Sheppard), and the repackaging of vintage music collections as witnessed by MSHE's acquisition of the Ike and Tina Turner music library. The Company's first album release, T.G. Sheppard's "Nothin On But The Radio"; appears to be a hit. The album is already in its second production run and has been scheduled by Wal-Mart for live concerts performed by T.G., and in-house promotions this summer and fall of 1998.
The Company, through an earlier acquisition, developed Jethro, an animation software product that manages the production of high-end animation projects for use in episodic television. Through internal utilization of Jethro, MSHE has now positioned itself as the low cost producer of high-end animation. Intel Corporation supports the Company's corporate development and has also expressed an interest in collaborating on the creation of a marketing plan, as well as potentially joint venturing, with MSHE, for the development of children's quality programming and a co-creation of an "Intel Toy Lab" to develop children's toys that will utilize Intel's computer processors.
