Alex,

I believe the negatives you cited have already been factored into the stock price. Intel was much more vulnerable to competition the past year than it is today. Intel is proving MP's are not the comodity many thought it was. AMD and NSM have not measured up. I think Inel will exceed expectations this qtr and next qtr.

As for corporations they will continue to upgrade. New computers running Windows 98 or NT are easier to manage and maintain and those costs are watched closely by corporations. Microsoft is pushing corporations to standardize on Windows NT.

I think Intel has bottomed out and will do well next year.
