They have 2 stores in Tucson, AZ which are active, but not overwhelming with business. Rarely have to wait longer than a few minutes to get in line or find a table.

They made the statement that growth comes from new stores and not existing, and that new stores properly located can be expensive.
I think the trick is to get into concept restaurants when they are first originated and not after they have matured and lost their sizzle.

Boston Chicken selling at .50 and filing for bankruptcy is a good example. The question is where in the cycle is LTUS?
