You're 100% right, but also note RS is upset with SE for not taking any internet co. proposals or purchases from RS M&A. So, they (RS) decided to hurt SE so that they loose their currency = Stock. Pooling restrictions have come off, but its no help to SE now..If you read the RS report you'll note Rick refering to internet investment SE must make..
