I suspect if most women enjoyed sex just for the sex of it, you men would have problems accepting that, as you always have through eons of time! I'm sure most women prefer making love, not having sex anyway. It's just the way we're made, thank goodness. Otherwise, we would think sex is as meaningless, an act as most men do..
