Charles, I talked to Mr. Runyon. There will be a webpage update on the details of the dividend preferred shares in a few days. The preferred shares have benefits over common, larger dividends etc. The COC drilling program is ready to go, the company is just waiting on the BLM to approve the plan. My conjecture in previous posts about 20lb testing as it relates to recovery has merit. The main source of funding for mine development will be the audited drill program, however there are two other funding possibilities currently being worked on.
