This Press Release holds several key pieces of information
which I am paraphrasing from a post over on CW.

1. Dr. Doidge and Professor Van Stratten are the founder of IMD
which is the company that holds the rights to the property in
Uganda. They could have gone with another company like Agrium
(which is another resorce company currently trading in the
$20 range) instead of IBIC. This is a huge vote of confidence
to have them join the board.

2. The new President, Mr Smeenk, has excellent relationships with the
CDN which can only help IBIC with it's goal to get trades showing again. A reminder, which is that IBIC's trading status is that trades are not showing, not that it has been delisted and is not trading and that the reason for this was inadequate communication
of it's doings to the outside world, not for any malfeasance on
the part of IBIC. IBIC has rectified this by hiring an excellent
PR firm.

The next two key items that should follow as part of the ongoing
communications of the Uganda project is Official Governmental and Environmental approval and the announcement of confirmed financing.
I don't believe the above individuals would have joined IBIC unless they felt entirely confident of govt approval and financing.
