Hmm, you missed the point. The point was, they went to a lot of trouble to write those papers up, and I'm going to assume they made sure they're accurate. Of course, are you now saying the company lied when it said: "Because the Company is in strong financial condition and considers its prospects favorable for the remainder of 1998 and beyond, and because the market price of its shares has declined to a level that the Company deems attractive for investment, the Company has been repurchasing its own shares. The shares repurchased will be retired by the Company and subtracted from the number of shares issued and outstanding as reported in the Company's periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission." biz.yahoo.com The more you argue, the worse you are making the company look.
