DSD, Cheez Whiz? Velveeta? Rice A Roni? Honestly! You Midwesterners are hopeless! Rice A Roni is not food, as it is made from toxic chemicals, I am sure. There are plans afoot to declare San Francisco a Rice-A-Roni-free zone. I shudder to think what you had for lunch today! <g> I've heard that Marie Callender's serves a frisco burger. We here in San Francisco just assumed that this sandwich was named for that now defunct railway company. Do you have Marie Callender's restaurants where you are? Okay, Steak 'n' Shake is, all in all, a pretty darn good place. I used to love their chili, and their hamburgers were the best in the Midwest. Holly
