Zoltan,
Remember, Clinton had a long visit to the Soviet Union while he was a "student" at Oxford. During his Russian trip, he stayed at the best hotels which he could not afford. It is still not clear who financed his trip (and training). Was it the KGB? Also, it is suspected that he may have denounced his US citizenship during this period.
