But given the earnings growth of the stocks in question, the selloff is way over done. LU is comfortable with fairly rapid growth, DELL has stated that growth goes on unimpaired, europe is staying strong, our economy is doing well, and yet LU is trading at 1/2 the value that it was at a few months ago, CSCO has lost a large portion of its value, ASND is down from low 50's, XYLN is down to 11 from high 20's, PAIR is down to around 6 from the 20's, MRVC is down to 5 from mid 20's, NETA is down to 1/2 it's value from a few months ago, and I could continue. It's the same story: growth estimates decrease by 0 to 5% and the stock price decreases by 50% -- that's why I'm buying. A very bad global situation has already been priced in, in my opinion. What do you guys think? |
