Intel has resources while AMD and NSM are accumulating losses.

Dale,

If you thought the 1997/1998 market was tough, you are going to be in for a big surprise. During the last few months both AMD and NSM have brought their fabs up to speed. They have numerous new products slated for release which will hit right into Intel's bottom line. K7, K6-3, MXi, and PCOAC are going to slash at Intel's margins and market share from the top to the bottom of their product line.

And AMD is making money, besides ;^)
