Ciao,

I see lots of risk in property developers like CUQ in this economic climate. The industry is highly cyclical, and during the last recession, many of these smaller companies went under or never fully recovered.

On the other hand, CUQ could do very well if we have continued growth. I've been watching the company but haven't taken a position. There are other ones around with interesting numbers like Apex.
