Hi Grant.....Yes I agree,Falconbridge are getting a good deal...but then again it's gonna cost them a little money.

The way I hear it they (Falconbridge) will be entitled to select from the 1,146,000 acres of exclusive mineral rights,a designated project of up to 20000 acres for which DBL will assign them an overall 51% participating interest.

Thereafter,Falconbridge will be entitled to continue contributing one half of the cost of exploring the remaining area of the anomaly(I would expect this would include paying the Inuvialuit concession rights)to earn 50% of the company's interest in any additional designated projects.

Having given this to Falconbridge ,Dbl in return will have Falconbridges expertise and their exploration resources ,not to mention the extra infusion of money into the project.

Now let's not forget the new offering that should be out soon. I hear that a few "BIG" investors are now interested in the project because of the Falconbrdge involvement.

As for myself,ya my belly's already up against the bar!I have a chunk of stock and don't have a problem with DBL sharing the pie with Falconbridge.Hell,if they do hit the BIG ONE we'll all make a bundle!
Half of a big pie ain't bad.

In the meantime I hope they get the ball rolling soon so we can find out why this anomaly is so fricking strong!(who knows it may just be nothing,or a world class find!)
