RECORDS

MSH MG has established two record labels-MSH Records and MSH/Outwest Records- with a third label, in the wings for 1998. MSH Music product is being distributed nationally by Navarre Corporation, a leading independent music distributor.

MSH MG has acquired the services of two music industry professionals in connection with its record label operation. Nine time Grammy winner, Denny Diante as Vice President of A&R and promotion legend Ray Ruff as Vice President of Promotions. Jayson Perry has been named Director of Sales & Operations.

The first album release on MSH/Outwest Records is T.G. Sheppard's Nothin' On But The Radio (December 1997). Prior to his release on MSH/Outwest Records, T.G. Sheppard had already had 17, #1 country singles, 33 top 10 singles and had sold well in excess of 30,000,000 albums. Sheppard has agreed to record a minimum of three albums for the MSH MG.

T.G. Sheppard's first single released is She's Gettin' a Rock, I'm Gettin' Stoned (December 1997). The release of the single is being supported by a major promotion campaign. Beginning in December 1997, in 35 major radio markets across the United States, radio stations will be running contests in connection with the promotion of She's Gettin' A Rock. Thirty-five winning couples will be flown to Las Vegas to be married with T.G. Sheppard serving as best man and for a gala wedding reception and private concert. A video of She's Gettin' A Rock will be released to television in December 1997.

The second release on MSH/Outwest Records will be Misti Pierson- her debut album Cowboy Attitude is set for a summer 1998 release. The album is being supported by a yearlong promotion effort. Misti has agreed to record a minimum of seven albums for MSH/Outwest Records.

The first release on MSH Records will be a soundtrack album based upon MSHE's television series Van-Pires. The Van-Pires album is presently set for release in March 1998. The album consists of 14 original songs performed by the John Entwistle Band and guest stars. Bassist Entwistle, a founding member of The Who, performs on all tracks of the album, including performances by Billy Squire and Leslie West of Mountain. Also, included on the album is a newly discovered track featuring Entwistle and Keith Moon, The Who's original drummer. Beginning in the spring of 1998, MSH Records will also be releasing a series of historic recordings by Ike & Tina Turner.

Shortly, MSH Records will be announcing the signing of two additional major recording stars to its roster.
