No, the Quantum board is only one board, in this picture there are two boards linked together. It may just be an advertising campaign telling people to buy a second Voodoo2, I hope not. You are right about the price cut on the Obsidian though, I saw it last Friday in my local EB for $479, but I forgot to mention it.
