Joe, No, a little over a half million shares doesn't really scare me. We have endured something over 5 million CC shares and millions of CP shares (most of those before Nov. 97) over the past 18 months so this does almost sound like a "breeze". This does not however mean that our seller does not still have a hammer over us, if those half million shares got dumped into us over the course of a few days, our price would still suffer significantly. The upside would be that it would take even fewer dollars to clean the last of them up. Thanks for the continued updates. James
