David was kind enough to give me the phone number to talk to the transfer agent with the explicit request that we all don't phone and bother them. I didn't call yet but I will try to tomorrow. I did call Jim Crehan who thinks this may have something to do with restricted shares that would potentially be issued at some point in the future if sales expectations are met.

I believe we are talking a two year restriction period if they are ever issued. Anyway Jim is still in Vegas and he promised to give me the full run down after he returns to Florida on Thursday. I promise to fill everyone in as soon as get the full story from both sides.

I'm not going to go into this any further until I get the whole story. Worst case scenario? We end up with some dilution but it is based on exceptional sales of the CAPSCAN.
