GWB, I don't think the company making a hostile bid would stand a chance of getting 51% for $3.00. IMO half of the current share holders know the true value ($6.00-$10.00) and the other half would be under water at $3.00. If a major company would offer $3.00 it would just support the share holders belief that the company is worth a lot more. Bestr Regards
