This is true, kind of. The BLM chaneged the rules on five acre notices. However, they were sued by the Northwest Mining Association and the BLM lost. The 5 acre exemption rule is right back where it was over 1 year ago.

PS Surely Maxam has some attorneys to advise them on this since they are on federal land and they want to stay away from the government. VBG
