You may want to have this page up when you call Pac Bell (assuming you're in Pac Bell's zone!): pacbell.com Note the 'regular business rates' link in the second paragraph. This applies to residential ISDN. Note also some of the surcharges are listed at the bottom. There's about $10/month more I believe. You'll also need an ISDN modem ($150-200).
