That's what "they" said about Ciena at $21. Nowadays, everything can go lower. I expect Ciena to see "south of 9" by Halloween. People are just plain frightened of this stock, including bottom-feeders. In the long term, Ciena will be back up there -- Lucent is not the last word in data networking, they are just having their day -- Lucent is arrogant and pride cometh before a fall. VB
