Lucent Technologies Declares Quarterly Dividend, Payable December 1, 1998
MURRAY HILL, N.J., -- Lucent Technologies' Board of Directors has declared
a quarterly dividend of 4 cents ($0.04) per common share, payable December
1, 1998, to shareowners of record October 31, 1998.
The dividend will go to about 3 million shareowners.
