Thank you Addi, I always find it is constructive to hear the pro and the con agruments for investing in a stock. It helps to keep me objective. Your fair value for this stock was a lot lower than even I expected though. If you are willing could you elaborate a little on how you arrived at that number? I usually look at the 5 year growth estimates and then multiply by the project earnings for the current year in order to get a fair value for a stock. In this case I have 5 year growth estimates of 38.4% annually and earnings of $1.19 for the year ending 9/97 from the I/B/E/S service. This value model is simplistic and does not look at the specific of QCOM's business, but I find it works to give me a general trading range to expect. Regards Harry
