Hi Sonki. Thanks for posting the recommendation from Ml. I don't think I will pay any attention to their upgrades or downgrades for a while. I think they have too much money to make up after investing in that LTC Fund. gg. But pl. keep on posting those recomm. It's interesting to look at and some may want to act on it. Right now I am keeping my head above water. That's about it.

I had put an order in with my broker to fill CPQ at 26. Hm. Little did I know that it would be filled at that price. So there went most of my money for purchases. gg. I guess it's alright that I got it. I was willing to buy it if it had exceeded my sell price of almost 35 a while ago. I sold all my CPQ at that time for margin call reasons and have been waiting to get back in ever since.

I am still sitting on all my other stocks. LU is driving me crazy but I will hold on. I am not going to pay the taxes on LU and Dell until I have to.

Pfe is a big surprise to me. That is one stock I did not expect to see down there. A bit lower and I will find the money to buy more. Some darn analyst had opened his mouth and said that the prescriptions in the US were down last time around. But he did say that Europe is making up for it. So why even mention it. Sheesh. Besides, some of those guys keep on thinking that Viagra is all there is to Pfe. One track mind. gg. Did you get out of Pfe? I am sure you went out of LU. You were only staying for a 2 dollar ride last time you posted to me and I am not quite sure if it ever went up after that. I think it just kept decending.

I am not sure what this market will do next. But I know that I would love to have more money to buy things at these prices. Even if prices go lower, I still think it is a bargain if you look out into the future. Someone said again today that WLA is still a buy.

Maybe the techs will go up again tomorrow after AMD came in that much better. Outpaced Intel with their K6 on those under 1000 models. Wow, made a penny profit, or something like that, and the expectations were for a loss of 11 cents. They outsold Intel in that area. 48% to Intel's 43%. Wow, they are coming up in the world. Maybe we should buy that. gg. And maybe Intel better watches out. They may catch up with Intel's earnings. gg. I guess you heard that Intel is bringing their fastest Microprocessor on the market earlier - like 1999. Is that a cpl months away? gg. I will be in North Carolina when Intel reports. I am at the Ocean down there almost every year when Intel reports in October. Most the time it made my stay in North Carolina very pleasant. Let's hope it will do so again this time around.

P.S. Just checked the futures. Looking good. Sure hope it holds up. Maybe my newly purchased CPQ will be up also. Hope so after Margaret took the plunge and then it went South, North and now South again. gg

Just read your post to Royco. So never mind about PFE. gg. Pl. don't use my bad hair day. I used that for the monkeys in FLA when they gave Margaret a dirty look. gg.
