no I don't plan to take a loss - I bought at 27.5 and would not sell below that.

I have no feel for earnings but I think I would have heard something if they were going to miss and have heard nothing. But I used up all my free cash yesterday on CSCO and I think it and some other stocks which will pop back quickly by 8-10 points. After the long dry summer it would be good to grab something.

I am still confident about CPQ long term but it may stay under 30 until after earnings, and moulder around in mid-30's for another month or so before the real strength of the company starts to show in sales and market share. I was in and out of 2 companies earlier this year (CYCH and MANU) - in march 6 and out about 6 weeks later to get 50% return. I think there might be some opportunities like that now but I got no $$$ at the moment.

But I probably won't do anything, too lazy. Just that this crazy market makes you want to do something.
