Actually, Hornblower and Weeks is an old, (respected ?) firm.
I find this report quite curious, though, because, by law, aren't they restricted from promoting this stock to their customers? Can't they only promote it to "qualified investors", who have submitted proof of meeting certain capital and income requirements, because of the risks involved in investing in penny stocks.
I suppose they can issue the report, but if one of their brokers calls and trys to sell you the stock, and you aren't a qualified investor, wouldn't they be breaking the law?
Quite curious, indeed.
And the timing, as well. Quite curious how ZULU dropped perciptiously on the eve of this announcement. |
