Nikkei at 12:32 AM EST +579.88 +4.45% The Japanese government is finally going to pass a banking reform law. Looks like a lot of stocks are going to gap tomorrow morning. Too bad I didn't hold any overnight. :-( Still time to get in... could be a great rally all day tomorrow. Then watch out below. Next week, watch for IMF Brazil bailout.
