I think small caps will recover first. Conservative investors are the ones that follow medium and large caps and they will be the least likely to jump back into their blue chips. The speculators will be the first to reestablish confidence in the market and they will be looking at small and microcaps. I'm targeting late October rather than late November. I think people have already sold their losers. I don't think the world is heading into a recession. The fundamentals look good outside of Asia. It could take 3-6 months, but things will be back up in a year. The buying opportunities now are incredible.
