Wayne,

Investing in speculative stocks for the past ten years, I have come to see anything being a possibility. But I would consider a merger/buyout involving TNRG to be a very remote possibility at this point. I don't recall Tilton ever even hinting that possibility to anyone who has ever shared their conversations with him.

As I've stated ad nauseum recently, in order for us to make money TNRG has to start producing results, namely contracts and revenues. There is the possibility that MMs are driving down the price in anticipation of news and a run. More likely the recent dilution is flooding the market with shares, driving down the price. Dilution won't kill us if it is limited and if we get some blasted news about all of the businesses. And if we see some financials at some point.
