Access Power Announces $10,000,000 Agreement With Ldt Net Com Company to provide international IP telephony services

October 7, 1998 PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla., Oct. 6

Access Power, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
ACCR), today announced it has been
awarded a five-year contract to provide
international Internet telephony services to
Ldt Net Com, Inc., a private long distance
telecommunications company located in
Jacksonville, Florida.

Revenues to Access Power under this
agreement are expected to be approximately
US$2 million per year for the life of the
contract, with a guaranteed minimum
1,000,000 minutes per month of international
traffic to be handled by the Access Power
Advanced Communications(TM) network.

Net Com is able to offer its customers the
lowest rates available in the industry today
without sacrificing quality of service," said
