Roger, I too am inclined to expect lower prices from here, even if the next day or two goes higher. However, one troubling problem for this scenario is earnings. I expect aol, yhoo, msft, dell, csco, and emc will all beat earnings expectations. Since these stocks will be announcing every few days it is hard to see the market declining while so much "good" news is coming out. Certainly I have never seen the market decline while good earnings news is appearing. And yet this apparently is what you and also Jerry Favors are predicting. Can you comment on how you see this issue? Are you expecting overseas troubles to swamp the earnings uplift?
