From the conference call of a couple of weeks ago, I believe Don mentioned the range of $25,000 - $30,000 cost of legal and accounting. Given the profit margins being trumpeted with current increasing revenues, it would appear a reasonable and necessary expenditure now for the benefits rendered in gaining more respectability, and providing a stronger base for movement of the stock if earnings will be rising; and provide for a "retail" MM that is being discussed as a better buffer to the present manipulation of the stock by "wholesale" MMs. I am not versed in the difference between the two, and perhaps someone who heard today's call could amplify this point. I do get the feeling that as people harangue them on its importance to the shareholders who are being whipsawed in this BB marketplace, it is gaining importance on their agenda. Is the company faxing out notices of these conference calls? Thanks. Mike
