I did call Jim Crehan who thinks this may have something to do with restricted shares that would potentially be issued* at some point in the future if sales expectations are met* Can't imagine how the TA would already have this in his figures...we will patiently awake your post informing us after you feel satisfied with what you have found out. btw, my order was filled moments before the two large sell blocks went through and lowered the price.....I'm hoping I can say thanks to David. Wasn't that special of those MM's to fill my order after 6 hours and then immediately drop the bid/ask.
