Hi Berney. Sector rotation within nation rotation. Liquidity is rotating out of the US. The heat just clicked up a little in this pan of water. I think that all of the great empires have died from excess. Life got to good and the people got fat. (body and soul) "and I'll, never look back.." At this time, fixed income favors Europe because of changes in exchange rates. Gersh
