Humm .... with QKTN seeking triple damages of $225 mill that works out to around $12/share Cash! Wally better start looking for a way to settle out of court, 'cause he's batting 0 for 5 in the hometown Oregon District Court. I think I'll go toss that Gold card in the garbage, $12 1/8 offer is looking pretty whimpy.
