George, I don't believe that we would be worth the $10/share until the revenues with the new Edge contracts have ramped up or the TWC JV bore fruit, though I could be wrong. I also believe that anyone that aquired more than 5% of our outstanding would be required to file due to insider rules, so we would be tipped off on this fairly early on, making it hard to accumulate enough cheap shares to get control. Then of course a majority would have to agree to sign off on the deal. Personally I wouldn't mind seeing a hostile takeover attempt, maybe we could get our listing out of the resulting run? James
