Tomato: Thank you for getting an official response from management. I really believe that openess like this is extremely critical not only to trust, but ultimately, to the company's success (MS - if you're reading this - THANK YOU. You just went up another notch!) The information from MS is good enough for me. It seems to match what little info I've been able to muster about these types of infractions in general. I'm far from an expert on exchange rules, but from what I've been able to discern, the infractions were pretty much BS themselves. These were far from criminal actions and apparently are fairly common to floor activity. Thanks again oh seeded one, Wally
