I am working with E&Y to help them establish their Customer Care Solution Practice. They have some very incredible growth plans for the coming year. With this partnership, Siebel now has VERY close ties to 2 of the "Big 5" and strong relationships with the others. With SAP a couple of years out, Oracle with a still immature product, IMO Siebel should continue to dominate the space. "Could Lucent be dumping Vantive for Siebel?" Big boys play with other big boys. Regards John
