I am perusing this thread and came upon your comments. I would like to make the following observation for whatever it is worth: One of the shurest things to a penny stock hype is to find a news release "any time they blow their noses". It usually translates into a disaster in the long run. So - in my opinion - it is a major plus for CIST's management that they take the conservative approach when it comes to news releases. Also, it's not "the shareholders who have supported the company over the years" that won the $21M lawsuit, rather it is the patents and the hard work, vision and patience of management that is now bearing the fruits of labor. I firmly believe that with patience, this company will make its shareholders very happy in the long run. I am a new shareholder, and intend to stick with this one for the long haul.
