Disappointing to se the drop but this appears to be true earnings as opposed to last quarters which was all from reversal of reserves. All CMP needs now is revenue growth since new revenue increaes earnings disproportionately. In November, the Texas contract is awarded. I think it is $100 million and I am hoping their chances are better than the Maricopa contract because of their strong presence in Texas. Also the Michigan contract is running now which is additional revenue and earnings
