the idea of a class action suit is ludicrous, IMO, and impractical!
First of all, how much money do you think you would get from a class action suit? would it even recoup a minor fraction of your losses?

Secondly, many may have already sold with losses and are now sitting on the sidelines. Wouldn't it be wiser to wait for the signing of the contracts, which would validate DGIV as a company and then come back in as the price starts to rise? The company needs time to implement its goal, and once it is able to sign up countries in which it is actively negotiating at this point (as a direct consequence of the MOUs), the price would rise accordingly. A class action suit would detract the company from the pursuit of the contracts and MORE IMPORTANTLY, it would not get back your money, whereas giving the company a chance to complete its deals and coming back in at that time would be more financially rewarding, IMO.
