John, Unfortunately, the drug has no beneficial side-effects to men who are "functional". The myth of enhancement is just that and leads patients who want to try Viagra for extra "power" to stop using after the first titration. This reality probably set in after people saw the product's "wonder" status proclaimed on every television show (including a ridiculous episode of "Mad About You" where Paul's little "friend" takes on a life of its own). I hope you are not misled by television programs. Tokyo
